UPS Industrial Engineer interview questions

friend sent in resume and was selected for a phone interview. Spoke about me personally and interviewer wanted to get a feel of who i was as an individual. Talked about what i expected from a UPS life style and what i knew about the company already. And then more social questions about how i would deal with others in specific situations or how i would solve a problem.

Relaxed. The Interviewer was relatively friendly. Interviewer concentrated on my day to day responsibilities at my current job. Questionnaire theme focused on Scheduling and Forecasting. Interviewer had equal weightage of Technical & Behavioral based questions.
