Initially we had a MCQ based aptitude. We had a GD followed by Technical Interview. Depending upon the role offered and one's resume the interview questions vary. You might face tricky questions upon your work ethics be vigilant and answer them.

The process conducted was smooth and flawless. Started with introduction about myself followed by technical question in which few terms regarding procurement were asked. This was followed by situational based questions.

Interview
In the interview process we had Aptitude test, Group Discussion and final personal interview. The group discussion was on financial aspect of the company later the PI round had technical questions depending upon the role, problem solving questions and logical based questions. Lastly they took HR interview to test the cultural fit with the organisation. The interview tests your overall personality and fitment for the company.
