I applied for this position in September of 2019. They reached out in March of 2020. Similar to the recruitment process, the interview process was long and impersonal. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the competency-based interview format and interacting with the team behind the video interview. It was a great learning experience. Although the HR department usually keeps you in the loop about the interview details, there is no way to know if you were advancing towards the position. Don't expect any feedback from the organization. A very generic email will come your way if you are rejected.
