UNICEF Program Specialist interview questions

First stage - technical written test with 48 hours to complete. Competency based interview over 45 minutes 5 questions. Questions start with an introductory general question on experience/motivation - followed by requests for specific examples of how you have shown compentencies specific to the job description (eg leadership, teamwork etc)

Longlisting and screening questions require a lot of time management skills and prior preparation is essential. Ensure good internet connectivity to allow downloading of the questions on time and uploading of completed answers.
