Interview
The interview process was very structured and professional, focusing on relevant skills and experiences. The panel was supportive, asking thoughtful questions. Overall, a positive experience with clear communication throughout. It was with UNICEF Geneva.
Decent but long process was not sure on timelines and had to follow up on multiple occasions with recruitment . The panels were well thought out and asked meaningful questions although no case studies at hand
