Interview
After passing the written test, I had my interview conducted over the phone. My interviewer (later my supervisor) was very kind and helpful. We talked for about half an hour, she explained this position's responsibility in details and asked me if I would be interested. Then we talked about my education and work experience. It was an enjoyable interview and I knew immediately that I would like her personality and it turned out I was right.

Interview
Applied through their website and was asked for an interview a month later. Because this was a research internship, two researchers called were in charge of the interview. It lasted about 20 minutes. They asked me to introduce myself and talk about my background, studies and research projects.
They never emailed me back to say I didn't get the internship.
