UNHCR Protection Assistant interview questions

I had applied online for the position and received a call for the written test and interview in about three to four weeks. The test had four questions of 25 marks each that were situational in nature. The interview is a test of your personality and competency.

I send my application and then a month letter I received an invitation for a written test and an interview. First I had the written test, they send you an email with the test and you have 2 hours to answer the test and send it back. The test is a technical test in relation with the job. You don't have too much time to answer it. Then some weeks later I had the interview, it was online with a panel of 3 people.
