Usually starts with a written test that tests your technical skills (writing and analysis referencing international refugee instruments). The interview is a series of competency-based questions where you will have to refer to past experiences.

The interviewer was quite warm, as well as firm. It was straightforward in terms of how they asked their questions, what their expectations were and explaining the process of acceptance.
