Interview
Applied in person - application form. Then shortlisted for interview. Interview consisted of 6 competency questions by 2 interviewers, followed by a written assessment. Written assessment was a case study to identify the different complaints a person had about legal service he was provided, then identify what further information you needed to clarify the complaints.
Interviewers were friendly. 45 minutes interview, 30 minute assessment.

Assessment- case study- identify issues complained of, identify what further infromation you need to confirm nature of complaint
Interveiw: 6 questions:
1. Example of when you analysed information and wrote a report - and tecnhiques you used
2. Describe a time when you brought 2 people together (mediation)
3. Describe a time when you had to take on a change in work - how did you respond...
4. Desctibe a time when you implemented a system and the outcome

Interview
There was a panel interview comprising two current interns, the head of department, and the intern coordinator. The day before I was set a written assessment regarding their social media accounts that was submitted online.

Interview
There will be a written test for selected candidate and the candidate who passed the test will be called for interview. In the written test, questions on current refugee issues will be asked.
