Questions were competency based on leadership eg conflict resolution, working culture, communication, flexibility and problem solving among others. Interview lasted about 30 minutes, it was virtual. Felt good but unfortunately didn’t get the job.

How I would go about putting out a vacancy for a role, what steps to follow through out up until the onboarding.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.

Very friendly interview, but pointy questions. Be prepared with answers in STAR format. Be prepared to discuss your experience by bringing specific examples of your past achievements, and make sure they are relevant to the position.
