UNHCR interview questions

The interview was good at the beginning. However it seems like the panellists had a model answer in their mind and expected candidate to have that certain answer they are looking for.

I applied for the position in February, was contacted for a written test over two months later. After 3 weeks I was invited for a 30-minute panel interview. The panel interview is very formal, you are expected to give specific steps to what you would do in a given situation. The process is very long, the HR not very responsive. I waited 6 weeks to get a reply after the interview, never received any specific feedback.
