UNHCR interview questions

The interview process was conducted by three managers. It was in verbal Spanish and they required acknowledgement of the Colombian policial system and its relation to migrant policies. It is important to note that an understanding of the Colombian health system is beneficial for the role.

Online interview through MS Teams. The first question was about me, presenting myself. Next, i was asked about my motivations for the position. This first part was quite short, most of the interview was then competency-based. Finally, there were a question on my knowledge of the local context so I gave a summary of what I knew.
