UNHCR interview questions

Very long process. It was about eight months. But really friendly people were on the interview. It was with Microsoft Teams with four people, who are from different country. Could repeat questions.

Received an invitation for a video call, no further information. I was surprised that two people interviewed me although in the invitation there was only one person mentioned. Standart question, no description or explanation of work culture, teamwork etc. At the end I’ve asked the person who would have been my supervisor to explain her leadership style, she said “normal, we have occasionally one-on-one”
