UNHCR interview questions

Lengthy process but positive overall, very friendly interview panel. They asked 5 competency based questions, first one being motivation one and the following 4 related to the competencies in the job description.

For this position, you are required to sit for a written test for around 2 hour where you will have to answer a few questions regarding the processing related to the position you are applying. If you passed the written test, you will be called in for the interview. After Covid-19, all recruitment process maintains to be through Microsoft Teams, and not through physical meeting.
