UNHCR interview questions

One month after applying I got called for an interview in person at their offices in Paris, with an HR person and two people from the team, Was the only step before knowing if hired or not. No exercise required.

This role's hiring process consisted of an interview and examination. The interview included competency questions. The examination consisted of watching a video and recording meeting minutes. Additionally, I was instructed to create a PowerPoint describing the main points in the video.
