Interview
Very standard interview, some competency based interviews and some knowledge based interview. The application consisted of a CV and cover letter followed by an interview. Following the interview, I was informed within a couple of days that I had been successful.

What are the biggest issues relating to refugee protection today?
I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Interview
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
