The interview was conducted by a panel of 4 interviewers: The Regional Protection Officer, Protection Officer, Resettlement Officer and Admin and Finance Manager. Each of them took around 10 minutes to ask various questions. The position that I had applied for was the Protection Associate (Statelessness) however, the UNHCR had selected me for the role of Legal Liaison Associate instead.
