I was selected during a group workshop through a recruiter and called in to interview. Process was fairly laid back but tough. I survived it. They mostly ask behavioral questions and try to gauge how personable you are. Be confident and be yourself you will be OK

How did you handle being part of a team in which one of the members slacked off putting a strain on other members?
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UNDP (Zambia)
Interview
It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
