Interview
Only one panel member (Project Manager) posed questions. Though they were at the very beginning due to technical problems, the did not allow me to finish what I had in mind.
Technical Interview ( 1 round) and technical test.
Call with HR then panel with the manager
Be yourself ( recommendation)
Then you have a technical exam excel.
The process took 1 month
Interview was competency based. I was invited 3 days before the interview date. It was online. Each board member asked one question. In total there were four questions. All were "describe a situation.." questions. Interview took around 15-20 minutes. I received the offer 2 days after the invitation. I rejected due to a competitive offer I received.

Interview
Received email that I'd been invited to participate in the Written/Technical assessment, that was a timed (1.5hrs) assessment consisting of two questions: one asked me to explain the key steps I'd take to make a meeting between UNDP Management & key government stakeholders successful. The second question asked me to highlight some of the key information that UNDP management would need to participate in the meeting.
