UCLA Research Manager interview questions

45 minute interview with 2 of the lead project's staff. Interview was straightforward and typical. Interview was the 2nd phase of their hiring process. Did not make it to the next phase, where candidates were emailed a "test". Was notified 2 months later via email that the position had been filled.
