UCLA interview questions

Candidates are screened by Korn Ferry in a professional manner. They attempt to broaden scope of pool called in for interview but UCLA Has very firm expectations , especially around fit with various constituencies. Probably independent and leading edge types need not apply (nor would they be happy).

Group interview with 5 others people. They talked about the job and then ask questions. We had to speak by ourselves, listen and communicate with the others candidates. At the end, they immediatly told us if we were hired.
