Brief- only wanted to fill the position. No real want/need to know the staff. Revolving door of case managers to just take on the responsibilities of the position.
Discussed a flex schedule but this was completely ignored once they hire a body to put in place.

Interview
It was a three step process where it started off with a phone call with the hiring manager. Then I interview with the clinical director, assistant medical director, and quality director. The last round was with the COO and CMO for the center.

Interview
The process takes forever. From application to employment took about 2 months. Once you are the final candidate, HR needs to fill out and approve a lot of paperwork. You also have to submit your fingerprints at the police station.
