I saw a posting on indeed for a AVIT architect position and decided to apply on the UCLA career website. Someone reached out a couple days later to have a zoom interview. The first interview was fine because it was just going over your experience, why you want to leave, your goals and then what the job is going to be. I personally felt I didn't qualify for the position but they asked for a second interview with the manager. The second interview started off fine because they were just asking about how your past experience will help you in this position. It wasn't until I got asked more questions in the enterprise level where I knew I don't qualify for this role. Most of the questions were about how would you design a AVIT solution for a classroom, venue and what hardware or vendors would you use to accomplish this. I just told the manager that I don't qualify for this role based on the questions he was asking me and he agreed.
