I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA in Nov 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by two professors during the first interview. This went really well as they were very personable and explained what the duties for the role involve. I received an invitation for a second interview about a week later as this was during thanksgiving. The second interview was really tough. I can definitely attribute my not getting the job to this interview but that is okay. The interviewer was very stern!

What are your long term goals? How do you handle criticism?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at UCLA (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2012
Interview
Started with a phone interview, then in person with about 8 staff members which lasted an hour, final interview was with the school's dean and lasted about 40 minutes. Phone interview was standard questions describing what you do and experience. A lengthier resume check basically. Staff interview was in a room with several staffers who each had asked questions - seemed very rehearsed. The deans interview was basically to see if he could get along with me! Seemed fairly simple and straight forward.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UCLA (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Had to prepare essay questions prior to the interview. At the beginning of the interview, you had to give a pitch to introduce yourself for them to see how eloquent and genuine you are about wanting the position. Next were questions about experience, why you want the job, and questions about the organization itself. Finally came role playing which seemed intimidating at first, but mostly about keeping your cool/composure and handling business.
