Interview
Pretty much a standard procedure. Starts with an email conversation to set the interview date. On the day of interview, it is no more than 30 minutes of video chat.

They ask you for your relevant background and experience. Typical conversation. Nothing like an exam.
The interview process was smooth - got initially contacted via email and then had 2 interviews - got the job shortly after! I have seen how others had to wait for a long time to hear back though , sometimes it takes along time to get your application reviewed and considered.

Brief discussion with staff about background and expectations of the job. Staff get a feel for you as a person and employee. Coming with questions of your own is very helpful.
Interviewed with two people. Questions about handling deadlines since it was a grant funded project and how I handle myself working with physicians and confidentiality. Took about 3 weeks before job offer.
