First there’s one interview with a couple people, then there’s a second with higher management. They asked what I knew about the company and why I liked it there. They also asked about my previous experience, but that part was really brief.

I was surprised that my submission through a generic talent portal actually resulted in a call back. Well, an email then a call. So that's good, at least. We never got far enough in the process to talk about compensation or benefits so I can't speak to that at all.

Interview
Multiple interviews with Executive Director and Senior Vice President of the TV Development.
Met with the Director to Discuss background and experience that was tied directly to my experience in TV development.
Afterwards met with SVP to talk about the business and how the role would impact the team.
finished up with the director and then that was it.
