I interviewed with an assistant in the deparment that I was looking to get an internship with. It lasting about 20 minutes. Based on my career goals they actually referred me to another department. It was very nice of them to put in such a good word for me. I ended up geting an internship with the other department. Everything has qorked out very well.
The whole process took twelve weeks. The interview its self was quite long. four different rounds of interviewing with various people. but they always stared on time and asked relevant questions.

Straightforward behavioral interview asking things like, what would you do if you had a deadline coming up but you knew you couldn't finish your project on time. Other questions included, most difficult decision and outcome, example of how you contributed to a team, etc.

Interview
First, phone screen interview with hr. Then in-person interview at NYC office with one of the managers in finance department. Interview wasn't too hard. It was just "tell me about yourself".
