Turner Construction interview questions

Behavioral based questions. Informal panel based interview. Each panel member interviews each candidate one on one. Group of candidates were then taken to an active job site. This allowed candidates to speak to current employers in the field see what the Turner does on a daily basis.

1st interview was a phone interview, 2nd was on site. There were two interviews (about an hour) back to back. Decision was made on the day of the 2nd interview.
