I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2019
Interview
Was brought in for a second round interview. It was four separate interviews, 30 mins each and took pretty much all day. Overall a really great experience. Nice people.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Columbia, SC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Met Turner representatives at the University career fair and passed down my resume. A first round interview was set up 2 weeks later. The interview itself was not a pleasant experience. The first and last words that were mentioned by the interviewer were "This is just to attach a face to a resume". The interviewer asked two questions that did not test me in anyway but were asked as a means of formality. The interviewer was not interested to know about me or my work experience; it was literally just to attach a face to a resume. Although I was polite, professional, well dressed, the interviewer seemed to have made up their mind before we even sat down to begin. The interview was very dry, unprofessional and did not cover important bases that an interviewer must ask to gauge an individual fairly.
Suggestion: Unless the company culture is strictly work focused and doesn't care about the employees, I would recommend that the HR department hold seminars as to how to perform a fair and informative interview.
Hope you all have a better experience!

I met them at the career fair. I interviewed the next morning. It was roughly a 30-minute interview with basic behavioral/leadership questions, questions about my previous experience, and me asking them questions.
