Turner Construction interview questions

Very casual, personality based conversation. Very lighthearted and casual. Not insanely stressful. Questions about past employment and work experience. Encouraged me to ask questions too, saying that interviewing is a 2-way street. Interviewed online. Response for job offer was very quick as well.

Mostly if not all behavioral. There were 2 virtual interviews with recruiters from 2 different locations. Very enthusiastic about my interest in the company and vice versa. Interviewing process took about 2-4 weeks before receiving a call with an offer.
