It's okay; they really like to hire family and friends, but it's definitely based on who you know. You have to find people will to help you and that's anywhere you go.

They were very nice and professional. I could tell that they did not do much interviewing. It was a bit unstructured. Interviewed with 3 people. I knew a couple of employees there. They were quite professional. It looked like a good work environment.
