I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2011
Interview
The interview focused more on interpersonal skills rather than technical skills. Qualified the first round and after the second round interview, the HR said I was on a wait list and would be informed within a week. After that it was pin drop silence, emails and phone calls were not returned. I can imagine that you may not want to personally get back to every applicant, but those who have taken the time to interview deserve a response.

The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
