Talked to two people at a campus career fair in September and was granted an interview the next day. The interview was in person with one guy. It only took half an hour. Very relaxed and laid back interview. Said they would follow up in November, but never heard back from them.

Very smooth process with open communication. Multiple rounds with very friendly individuals. The get-back time was a little slower than I would have preferred, but still a great process overall.

Went very smoothly and the HR was calm and thorough in explaining the role and the company culture and expectations. The main focus was on the construction background and the problem solving skills.

Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
