We were invited out for a 2 day interview process. The first day was more of a meet and greet dinner. The second day involved a onsite presentation at the office in Virginia and interviews with 3 people from the company. We then went to a construction site in DC to experience what a day in the field would be like.

Tell me about yourself ? They looked through job history and asked about relevant skills and how that what help if you received the current job. They asked what are your career goals and how would working at Turner fit in with that.
Initial phone call screening went well, the recruiter was welcoming and explained the position and future career options at Turner. I got to ask questions and got offered a additional interview.
