First interview at university, second at their office. Normal interview process, asks about yourself and strengths. Asked questions directly related to previous experience. Second interview was a group of 5 employees that interview you 1 on 1 for 20 minutes.

Very smooth process with open communication. Multiple rounds with very friendly individuals. The get-back time was a little slower than I would have preferred, but still a great process overall.

Went very smoothly and the HR was calm and thorough in explaining the role and the company culture and expectations. The main focus was on the construction background and the problem solving skills.

Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
