Applied through the TFL website. Submitted a CV and covering letter, and a month later received a phone call inviting me for interview the following week.
Competency-based interview with the Planning and Performance Lead and the P&P Team Manager. Very scripted - they had a list of questions they had to get through and there was very little scope for discussion around the topics. They sent out a document beforehand telling me which competencies they would ask about.
I was told that they were looking to fill the role very quickly and so I would hear back (either way) within 48 hours of the interview. It's now almost a week later and I haven't heard anything. Poor from HR: if you're going to make promises to candidates, don't break them.
