Interview
Interview consisted of an initial phone interview which was competency based, asking for certain situations where you have worked in a team and a time when you provided customer service. There was also a situation where I was asked how I would deal with a difficult customer. After the telephone interview there is an assessment day.

Interview
The process is fairly standard. So far I've only just completed the video interview and am waiting for the results (I will select no offer just purely because I don't feel my answers were as good as they could have been). I initially experienced some issues setting up the video interview as my sound system would not work, that was fixed by using IE instead of Firefox. The interview was very short and had 5 questions + 1 chance to record anything extra you wanted to add or any comments. That through me off a little bit as I had to say something and wasn't entirely sure what comments to make.

Question 1
The video interview questions included - why TfL? Why this scheme and how the business sector you have chosen contributes to the company? Describe how you have contributed to a team you have been a part of, and another question asking what would you do if you were helping out at the train station and a customer was upset because of a change in transport schedule.
