1. Online application - straight forward online application actually one of the better and streamlined applications. I feel as some applications just due to the amount asked at the first stage are off putting 2. Online Testing - Was pretty similar to the other online testing that other companies ask you to complete. 3. Video Interview - I had never completed one before this but its was actually pretty relaxed and the time allocated for each question was more than enough to give a good answer, at the same time if you think you've given a good answer don't feel like you have to use all the time as you can move on to the next question before the time runs out. 4 Assessment Centre - One of the more relaxed assessment centres, everything was well planned out and ran smoothly. Everyone there is very helpful and do try there best to keep the day as stress free as possible.

The interview is in fact very easy, you have to be really very quick. Its time bound. Out of 20 candidates only 7 got selected in the 1st stage and I was one of them. However, I did not pass the Role play.
