I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London in Jun 2016
Interview
Online application, followed by a Situational Judgement Test where you order 5 responses to scenarios. Then numerical reasoning and logical reasoning tests. After this it took some time to hear back from them, I got emailed an invitation to do a Video Interview which went awfully so I was already relatively certain that I hadn't progressed beyond that. I found it really off-putting just talking to myself
I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Initial test made up of spelling/grammar correction, ticket irregularities and tube map/timetable work. Then on to a role play in which I experienced a difficult customer (make sure to read the brief carefully but also don't forget the basics the role requires) followed by an interview. You must pass each stage to reach the next.
