Interview
The interview is formed of 3 stages. Test, role play and interview.
The first part of the interview is quite straight forward but you have to be really very quick, as it's timed. It covers basic English and maths. It also has questions about tickets and the tube map.
If you pass this part, then you are invited back about two weeks later for the role play and interview.

Interview
Video Interview and a online test which had verbal reasoning, numerical and a situational judgement test which was okay. There was also a logical test with the weird shapes which I found to be hard. The video interview had 6 questions which were not too bad.

A kind of unorthodox interview with almost none of the questions that were mentioned in the page coming up and group exercise equipment were kisds toys setup it bae it kind of hard to accomplish the task
