I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London in Feb 2019
Interview
They emailed me a link to download an app to do the video interview on. You had 30 seconds to read the question and think about your answer then it automatically started a 2 minute countdown whilst you said your answer, you could stop the recording before the end of the two minutes if you had finished.
It wasn't hard I just didn't like only speaking to a camera. Also I have been given another interview but haven't done it yet.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2018
Interview
First carried out a situational strengths test and a numerical and inductive reasoning test online.
After this, I was invited to a video interview. I could complete this at any time within 7 days of being invited. I was shown a question, given 30 seconds to prepare, then the camera on my laptop would start recording and I would have about 60 seconds (varied for each question) to respond. From what I remember, there were only 3 or maybe 4 questions.
