I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2021
Interview
General application process initially - entering your details. Then automatically selected to do "Situational Strength" test (process of answering question in ranking order). If successful, a second online test - "General Ability" (consisting of numerical and reasoning). If you passed both tests, the next step is online video pre recorded interview asking two questions. The final stage after that is the Assessment Centre (on Zoom). The AC asked you to plan a diary, answer a financial related question and asked you the same two questions again that were in the online interview prior. There was no group activities in the AC, only individual questions. It was competitive - only had 3 spaces and around 19 candidates in the AC.

Interview
Applied in October, got a face-to-face interview by January and followed up with the interview in April. Was only offered feedback during the working week days over the phone, which I was unable to get due to working full time.

1. Application form 2. Situation judgement tests 3. Video interview 4. Virtual Assessment centre
I completed the video interview a little while back and I’m waiting to do the AC. I’ve heard it’s just another set of interviews instead of actual group work this time round? But I shall update this afterwards.
