Interview
Stage 1 - Work based written test
Attended the assessment centre and completed some time written tests. This is easy if you revised well and work quickly.
Stage 2 - Staff Interactive role play exercise
This can be hard but as long as you relate and empathise with the customer in the role play it should be ok.
Stage 3 - Scenario based interview
I answered the competency based interview questions in the STAR format which is a must. I prepared myself by thinking of as many questions and scenarios as possible.
