2 Interviewers were the board.
Interview straight forward with sort of competency questions as they already provided the category by the email confirmation you got. The interview process was near 2 hours.
During the interview, I have already felt and sense I would be failed as one of them was biting his thumb nail when I was answering the question ( may be he believes I was telling a fiction or story instead of a real case), I surely I was not a good and fluent presenter on that time because I am not English native (just moved to UK one year) but I surely tried my best to satisfy the questions with my practical experiences on technical service delivering and project management.
At the end, they told me I will be informed success or not when finish the process with other interviewees.
Excellent news is I got the rejected message on next day morning at 09:58, I do not need to wait by the end of this week. They terminated me and save my time!
This mean I done a terrible and worse work in this interview process that make me like an idiot after I reading this message.
No wonder the transportation infrastructure and railways in UK is lag behind the world and ridiculous dump. Only both blower or BBC anchor may be the right person, good luck~

Question 1
Before competency questions
- What your achievement in the past 12 months?
Competency questions, one on each question.
1. Change and Innovation
2. Planning and Organisation
3. Stakeholder Management
I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2022
Interview
After passing the application and situation judgment test I was invited to do the written test. It was really easy I felt but just try to be quick and not spend too long on one question as they time you. Second stage was role play which some people say is the hardest part but I felt confident and I passed that. I had the actor play the role of a difficult customer who wants to vape, I just had to be friendly and kindly explain why it’s not allowed to vape , be patient and try to help the customer and make sure they’re on the right route. Final stage I felt was the most difficult, I really revised and prepared for it and came up with so many competency situation examples. On the day none of the questions I prepared for came up none the less I still have really good examples and answer , but I felt they rushed me and didn’t give me enough time. I felt the negative vibe of the interviewers from the second the interview started, they didn’t seem bothered and wanted it to end quickly. They stopped me one time in the middle of my answer and told me to hurry up which I thought was rude. I did not get the job and wasted almost a year with the whole process. I won’t be applying for them again, really bad recruitment process

Question 1
Describe how I dealt with a change at work and how I dealt with it
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London in Feb 2020
Interview
easy, quick and good for someone who is very nervous as they don’t have much experience with interviews. Difficult but you must plan answers with a lot of research. when i did it it was a video so i did not interact with another person. this was the first interview however.
