I applied online. I interviewed at Transport for London (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process is focused on four criteria as communication and influence, stakeholder management, commercial thinking, problem-solving and decision-making. The interview questions are convenient and could easily relate to your relevant experience.

Question 1
What would you decide if one of the bidders quoted less than the estimated budget?
Lengthy waiting time. First stage online application followed by online situational judgement test. Wait for a bit if pass then another waiting game to book competency based interview. On the day you will do basic timed English and Numeracy test. If pass then you have to schedule another competency/ situational/scenario based interview in which you have to pass then finally you'll have 1 -1 interview which basically like interrogation questions.

Question 1
tell me where you have challenge your colleague/ most difficult day and how you resolve the issue ( with examples of course).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2022
Interview
Not entirely welcoming, interviews just read from a sheet. Only when I asked a few questions at they end they came out of their robotic structure. Stuck to the 4 general questions they email me prior and then asked a situation question at the end.
