Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What motivated you to apply for a role at TfL? What motivated you to apply for this specific role? What measures would you employ to redesign a street to improve safety and accessibility?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an interview with two members of the digital team. The interview was very unpleasant. It seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to be on the call. One of them was distracted and kept looking off-screen, and there was noise in the background. I felt like they didn't value the time I spent preparing for the interview and the task they required. The interview was very structured, starting with two simple questions, followed by a presentation of the task, and then formal questions in a structured format, before an open conversation. From the beginning, I had the feeling that I wouldn't even be considered for the job.
