Transport for London interview questions

Applied online in August 2024, invited to interview in November 2024. Offered six interview times over two days, unfortunately non worked due to work commitments, however the panel did offer an alternative which I accepted. I arrived for the face-to-face interview to find out that I hadn't been sent the presentation exercise or the competency questions, and the hiring manager was not happy to continue as this put me at a disadvantage to the other candidates. I agreed to an alternative date a week later for a virtual interview, however the panel proceeded with asking the questions that had not been supplied in advance. A week later we met online for the second part of the interview. I was informed via email the following day that I had not been successful and that due to the number of applicants I would not receive any feedback, Overall I would describe this process as appalling and one of the worst in my career. It was disorganised, unprofessional and I find it disrespectful to candidates who have attended interview not to be given any feedback.
