Initial technical meeting single person - passed.
second interview - HR , technical person + Director.
The interview was cut short , stating I had failed some technical questions. Which is hard to accept having 25 years doing very similar roles , but what was worse is the interview was terminated by the HR person interrupting the interviewer and myself.
I really would not want to work for a company if this how the want to treat prospective employees. Fine my face didn't fit , but never had an interviewer been so rude.
I got the impression they didn't have a senior person in place , that understood the product , so were just asking questions from a crib sheet and hoping to get lucky with finding a suitable candidate (victim).
