I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2016
Interview
Online form and online tests followed by a video interview. The online interview had 5 different questions (Why TfL, Contribution of scheme to TfL, Learning & Development opportunity, How to deal with an angry customer, 1 minute to add anything). After this I got invited to an assessment center in London, which consisted of a 40 minute interview, a 30 minute written exercise, a presentation and a group exercise. The written exercise was quite hard because of the time constraints, the rest was as expected. The presentation was more informal than thought, I had to present to two assessors (1 HR, 1 from relevant business area) but I remained seated and was able to read from a script.
