I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2021
Interview
Stage 1: Upon applying for the role, I had to answer a number of screening questions very simple to do so.
Stage 2: SJT Once completed I received an invite to complete the online situational judgement test (SJT) which I literally completed within the deadline as I ended up doing it on the last day it was due down to the last hour. Give yourself enough time to go through each scenario (the test itself isn't timed) so you can provide the best answers.
Stage 3: Written Test. I got an email to book an interview slot for the written assignment which they provide materials for you to use beforehand which as long as you prepare for, you should pass to the next stage.
Stage 4: Role Play. After successfully passing the written test, I received an invite to book a slot for the role playing activity which in my opinion was the hardest part of the process. My advice to you for this stage is to be as friendly/bubbly as you can and to just respond as honestly as you can as well because who I did the role play with did challenge me quite a bit so when I was asked about something I didn't know, I responded with "that's a really good question and if I'm completely honest I do not know the answer to that but let's find out together".
Stage 5: Final Interview. I had my final interview via Microsoft Teams but now that we're not COVID restricted you could have this interview in person but it was a pretty straight forward competency based interview which after having it made me feel like I overprepared but you can never overprepare.
Final Stage: Job Offer!!!!!! I got a job offer and accepted!!!!!
My timeline to all the stages goes as follows:
Stage 1 & 2: Initial application & SJT - September 2021
Stage 3 & 4: Written assignment & Role play - November 2021
Stage 5: Final Interview - December 2021
Final Stage: Job Offer - May 2022.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Transport for London (West Kensington, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
First of all, we were informed that we will have three stages to be assessed on - Stage 1: Data Interpretation and Written Communications. Stage 2: Role play and Stage 3: Competency based interview. The tests at stage 1 were pretty straightforward but you had to pay attention to detail and there was not enough time to go back and review answers you had written do before. Assessors were VERY strict on when to pick up your pen or turn the page so that it is a fair test for everyone. The assessment started off with 20 people, one was disqualified at the beginning (for picking up her pencil) and only 7 people had passed after the first stage. I passed the first stage but when the role play came around, I did the best I could and treated the lady (assessor being the customer) as I would have liked to be treated but when I was called, I was told that I did not meet the benchmark and that she doesn't know why. She said I should try again in 6months and that people do not normally pass on their first go but no feedback on what I lacked or what I could improve on was mentioned which I felt does not really help me improve.

Question 1
Did not get the opportunity to get asked any competency based questions although I had all the required experience.
